- Do they give you choices on items for your new home or do you only get one choice?
- Do they list/spec all items with detail in there specifications in all?
- Are the allowances given to you sufficient?
- Is the level of finish the same quality?
- Is the price given to you a firm price?
- Do they offer drafting services?
- Do they design/draw your house to fit the lot and slopes?
- Can you see work they are doing now?
- Do they listen to what you want?
- Do they charge a large fee for change orders?
- How long does it take to build a custom home?
- What makes a builder different from others?
- Do they use quality products throughout the house?
- Will they let you make changes once the building process is started?
- Is the lowest price always the lowest price? Is everything included? Is everything apples to apples?
- Do they make recommendations based on quality, longevity, or energy efficiencies?
